In the 10x I saw little dots and different type of shapes some almost like a square and ones shaped like clouds.
In the 40x I saw massive dots and they were all purple
In the 100x I saw a big dot in the middle of the cell and two lines that surrounds it.

ReplyDeleteNice microscopy drawing of your cheek cells an I especially like the fact that you were able to see the nucleus as a large dot in the center of the cell at 100x.
It is amazing to think that if you unwound the DNA in that nucleus, it would be 2 meters long.
